• Since July of 2009, TCCSA has been providing the community with a free legal service to the people who are really in need of legal aid and in certain financial difficulties. Mr. Samuel Eng, a professional attorney and notary public in GTA will be listening to your questions and trying to solve your puzzles for free. The Scarborough Centre (SC) and Peel Centre (PC) of TCCSA shall host the activities and their addresses are:
